I liked the property’s clean and well-maintained environment, along with its convenient location. The design was modern yet cozy, and the amenities made the stay comfortable. It had a great balance of privacy and accessibility, making it a great place to relax.

1st time stayed in this hotel.New standard room with seaview.The room and toilet are clean.Iron and hairdryer were sent immediately when requested.All staff are polite and friendly.Thank you to the bell boy, Mr Muhd Abd Ghafar whom patiently showed us directions to halal eateries.There is also a complimentary taxi service to the ferry terminal.There are karaoke rooms on the 7th floor.Overall,we are happy with our stay in this hotel.

Good location with walking distance of less than 1km from the ferry terminal where you can look around all the shops left & right from the street to the hotel. Many cheap local eateries around the hotel with some minimarts as well. You can get everything you want around the area. So much convenience & staffs are very polite, friendly and helpful. I will definitely book this hotel again.

Walking distance to port and many restaurants. One stop shop for stay, food, spa and family ktv. Good breakfast with varieties of local dishes.

Everything ok all staff 5star but 1 request I need to attach here our 4 unit room also aircond so hot need to service that...Ill will stay next time again...I love karaoke room at there...same problem also aircond need to service...this not complain just a bit comment tq
